I am selling this car for one of my customers, he recently had the paint redone along with the interior. This is a very solid car, I mean solid underneath, no patch panels, no rust, just solid, especially for a convertible. We ran the PHS documentation on the car and it started life as a LeMans, since then someone has gone through the trouble and expense to source all the correct stainless moldings, emblems, and trim required to make this into a GTO tribute. Similar GTO convertibles are selling for 50 and up. The paint is very nice and recently underwent a full colorsand and buff with paint correction, it is a basecoat/clearcoat setup and is nice. The interior has custom seat covers with Pontiac emblems embroidered in. We also have a build book on this car where it underwent a pretty thorough restoration. The engine is said to be a 389 with Tri Power carbs and it bone stock, runs good. It is backed with a proper 4 speed and it shift right, recent clutch install as well. The brakes are stock power drum and it stops very well. Nice modern stereo in the factory location, dash is not cut up. The power top has been replaced and it works properly. Overall, this is an above average driver/show car, it is also a factory AC car, the AC is not in place but that makes the car even more sought after. Call to setup a time to look at it, clean Texas title and we can help with transfer. No trades, Cash or secured funds only.
